Juventus(obvious reasons), AC Milan(same plus Berlu), Inter(out dodgied the previous 2 by snitching on them and getting them relegated with links to the decision makers).

Real Madrid(Franco/Perez), Barca(highly suspected to have money laundering for the last regime).

PSG (probably controls Uefa), Marseille (match fixing but probably turned the corner now).

Lastly, most of the African and East Asian football teams, most likely controlled by bookies.
Oh yes, and South Korea in WC2002, not a club but dodgy as F
Why do people keep on bringing up the Franco myth when it's been abundantly debunked again and again by serious journalists and historians. Bernabeu and Franco disliked each other and more than a couple of Madrid board members and players were imprisoned or executed during or after the Spanish Civil War. Franco's team was Atletico Aviación, which is now Atletico Madrid.
After Franco took power, it took a full 17 years before Madrid won a title. He didn't start showing up at the Bernabeu until they started winning European trophies, at a time when Spain was a pariah in Europe.

I wouldn’t include City and RB. City is owned by one of the biggest sovereign wealth funds like psg and now Newcastle, but yes they do overestimate their sponsorship deals to meet FFP rules.
Wow.

Pretty far removed from reality.

I’d argue the opposite and say they are the worst, most dodgy.

I think the over-inflation of their sponsorship deals is the tip of the iceberg with that club.

I'm certain there are several African, Asian, American, (Eastern) European... clubs that are way dodgier than any of the European giants listed

The least dodgy are:

Utd
Bayern
Real Madrid
Surely you can't be serious here? Real was built on political favoritism and in a country so divided, Madrid was always favored by politicians in the capital - even got their REAL ('Royal' in Spanish) from King Alfonso XIII in 1920. Real Madrid has been the darling of pro-One-Nation-Spain politicians including dictator Franco through the years. It doesn't get much dodgier than that through the 20th Century in my opinion.

İstanbul Başakşehir ? I don't know the ins and outs of it, but they got bought by someone with strong links to Erdogan/his political party then suddenly became good. They spent a fair whack to be fair, although I suppose the money could have been dodgy, but more's the point, any team with strong ties to ruling political parties are going to look suspicious when they become successful.

Staying in Turkey, didn't Galatasaray get banned from European competition in recent seasons? I'm not actually sure that they did anything worse than some others when it came to FFP though.

Wasn't there a Serbian team owned by a warlord? Went from small team to Champions with opponents fearing for their life or something like that?

God bless the Glazers, so averse to fiddling the books that they try to remove every penny from the club to avoid it happening by accident.

Any club that is not publicly traded and doesn't have to answer to share holders can do whatever the dodgy feck they want to with little oversight or criminal liability for their financial dealings.

Along with the links to a dodgy doctor and inflation of sponsorship, surely the totality of their dodginess should put them right up there?

City, Newcastle, PSG aren’t really dodgey- they’re just completely corrupt and don’t try to hide it.

Lots of myth around RM.

Same with the dodgy land deal. Anyone who's flown into Madrid in the last years has probably seen the four skyscrapers, and I assume nobody has thought "clearly worthless real estate that RM dodgily dealt with."

Corruption on a grand scale, people involved at uefa to influence decisions, covered up criminal activity, huge debts (ffp, no problem)

Tottenham - for trying to pose as a big club when they’re most certainly not

FK Obilic:

"In 1996, militia leader /war criminal Ražnatović bought Serbian second division team FK Obilic and the club began a meteoric rise. Promoted in their first year, they claimed the Serbian championship for the first time in their history in the second.
Ražnatović’s results cannot be questioned, but he used some peculiar methods in achieving them.
Threats were laid out to opponents throughout the season. He fetched army veterans to sit in the stands, occasionally pointing guns at opposing players. A star player even got locked up in a garage when his team played Obilik. Ražnatović was eventually assassinated shortly before his trial in 2000 and the club has been relegated seven times since then."

All the big clubs are corrupt, every one of them. Just depends what you call corrupt and at what level. Signing a 14 year old by offering his parents a job at the club or buying them a house is just as corrupt as what Juve have done with the fees.

Real / Barca / Juve / PSG / City are the big ones - but that's only because they've do it more openly than others as they know they'll get away with it anyway as the leagues depend on them or they don't give a hoot as the lawyers to use know the loopholes.
