Carols Kaiser

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carlos_Kaiser_(footballer)

Carlos Henrique Raposo (born 2 April 1963), commonly known as Carlos Kaiser, is a Brazilian former footballer who played as a striker[citation needed]. Although his abilities were far short of professional standard, he managed to sign for numerous teams during his decade-long career. He never actually played a regular game and hid his limited ability with injuries, frequent team changes and other ruses.[1]

Still boggles my mind. The guy must have some psychic powers in him. Surely any team who signed him must have seen him play?

Nope! He literally made up wikipedia pages and fake contacts and managed to convince clubs to sign him off of that

Bloody hell. One day they will make a film about him. Him and those three clowns we never sent to sign Herrera:lol:. I'd pay good money to watch that!

You're not supposed to win the thread in the second post!

Lower league journeyman, also a school caretaker and truancy officer.
After joining York City in 2009, he moved into a house with teammates Neil Barrett, Alex Lawless, James Meredith and Daniel Parslow.
I love that they've obviously written their own wikipedia page and think this is something people would be dying to know

Last of really cheap cheating ones I do where I pick someone more famous for something else which is why their Wiki is so long in the first place. If we went down those lines we could throw in Mourinho, Wenger and loads of other managers who didn't do much as players.

Bernio Verhagen, did pretty well signed for four clubs in 5 months in 2019 and is in the FM database.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bernio_Verhagen
Big fraud, became quite "famous" in Denmark.

Was pulled from the first training with Viborg, because he was so poor.

Earlier in his "career" he claimed to be a Copenhagen player, and used it to steal money and jewelry from a girl.

While at Viborg, he apparently threatened to kill his girlfriend, and was arrested for robbery + assaulting his girlfriend.
He escaped police custody, but was caught the next day. He was later sentenced to 15 months in prison.

About ten years ago there was a Brazilian footballer called (I think) Gil. His Wikipedia was just a massively negative page that said he had flopped at every club he had been to (with sources )

Flamini probably has the biggest swing in regards to work. It's pretty absurd a successful, proffessional footballer's wikipedia page would include:
Flamini is a partner of GF Biochemicals, a leading global producer of levulinic acid and derivatives. He has stated[29] that “we founded GFBiochemicals with the ambition of finding sustainable alternatives to oil-based products”. Levulinic acid includes[30] grass or woodchips, and can be used in plastics, solvents, fuels and the pharmaceutical industry. Levulinic acid has been identified by the U.S. Department of Energy[31] as one of the 12 molecules that can help unlock a “greener” world. In addition to GFBiochemicals’ established presence in the Netherlands[32] and headquarters in Italy, Flamini has named[33] China and Brazil as potential new markets for expansion

Freaking hell. This is one hell of a hustler. Gotta give him respect for the grind. I'd totally hire him if I am running a sales company. He should go into sales/business development or acting. Brilliant!
I like how he finished out his career with the Ramblers.
