That would be disgusting. Arsenal winning the league, Liverpool beating us to 4th and Chelsea winning the champions league. After the season we’ve had that would feel like buying a lovely new pair of trainers and then getting dog shit on them just before you get home.and Chelsea win the CL?![]()
I would. Would get us into the CL pot 1 for the group stages, a European trophy and a chance to win the Euro Super Cup as well.Would you take it?
Good points!I would. Would get us into the CL pot 1 for the group stages, a European trophy and a chance to win the Euro Super Cup as well.
I love the trophies and finals so think I would however would be good to keep Liverpool away from the CL given they need to recruit badly in the summer..Ahh you got me thinking now!
I think I would tbh as a trophy will be remembered more than a 3/4th place finish. It would be bitter for Liverpool to pip us after their disaster season though.
Super Cup …. United v City?I would. Would get us into the CL pot 1 for the group stages, a European trophy and a chance to win the Euro Super Cup as well.
Quote from the Emirates Thursday at 19:55 perhaps? We already have this trophy in the bag. There's no way any of these teams is stopping us.
Newcastle never stood a chance after we beat the mighty Charlton and Nottingham Forest in our run up to the League Cup finalNot wildly stressed, you need to beat the big teams in order win the thing. If we need to play against Jose's Roma for instance I'd rather do it over two legs where our class has more time to tell than over 90 minutes in the final.
I think we'd go into any tie as favourites at this point.
I'd switch Sporting with Leverkusen while probably switch Roma with Juve. At this point, Mou is the better coach over Allegri, while Sporting is probably trickier than Leverkusen.Order of preference...
Union SG
Feyernood
Sporting
Leverkusen
Sevilla
Roma
Juventus
I really like the look of PalaciosWould love a match against Leverkusen. Some exciting young talents on show and could give the management a good look at them (Diaby, Wirtz obviously but also Hincapie and Palacios).
Not to mention I think we would progress and the matches would be really exciting, high scoring I'm sure.
Feye..what now?Order of preference...

Fixed that for you.It will beRomaSevilla. It is known.
Agreed meeting Jose in a final would be a nightmareNot wildly stressed, you need to beat the big teams in order win the thing. If we need to play against Jose's Roma for instance I'd rather do it over two legs where our class has more time to tell than over 90 minutes in the final.

To be fair we have been very lucky with cup draws this year with the exception of Barca but we did them goodUnion so it allows us to rotate. We need to rest a few players.
But knowing our luck it will be juve or Seville
