As of right now?
Some players would certainly see a lot of minutes in a rotational role (Bruno, Greenwood and maybe Rashford), but only Pogba (maybe over Goretzka, but it's close) and Maguire (over Süle) would realistically challenge for a starting spot.
The starting 11 could look like this:
Lewandowski
Sané Müller Gnabry
Pogba Kimmich
Davies Alaba Maguire Pavard
Neuer
As for the people saying that maybe Bruno would replace Müller as a starter: Zero chance.
Müller is the heart and soul of this Bayern team. He is the vocal leader, organizes the whole pressing and plays at a worldclass level again under Flick. Bruno is a good player, but he simply can't get past this version of Müller. Not even Coutinho, who also had regained his form again, could get past Müller.
