Why does Ole watch the match on a screen?

He must have read that article that said the watching of cat videos can cause a calming effect during stressful times. Hence why there was such intense viewing by the three of them after Giroud scored. "Hurry, youtube... type 'uber cute kittens'"

Trying to take advantage of var. It is something I expect Mourinho to do, but I have no issue with it. You got to do whatever it takes to win especially when you are up against other managers who are more tactically stronger. I m old school. I prefer hand written notes in a banana

I really do think he is following Kylie Jenner on Insta and keeps refreshing the screen in hope of her nude arse pictures.

Just a humble Advice (since he is on caf as well)!!!!! Mate! Try having Playboy subscription
I misread that as Caitlyn Jenner

On a more serious note, having your manager standing on the touchline do have good effects on the team - to keep players on their toes, for managers to see and read better his players to try and tell which players are still fighting or giving up etc, to remind players faster about tactical instructions, transmit info to players quickly, organize players from the touchline, etc.

Sitting at the couch looking at screen may send the wrong message if used wrongly, but can also be the opposite having good effects - to calm players with less pressure from manager standing/shouting at touchline, message that manager is fine with your good performances so you maintain it with no pressure, watching replays, to get instructions/help from advisers, to see bird-eye views for tactics and structure/shape of teams, to understand players better during the game live, etc. It's suppose to help manager make decisions, not for managers to laze around.

To be fair, Ole do both, sometimes sitting and sometimes standing at the touchline. I'm not sure if he optimize using the screen well to help him decide things during matches or even to use it to maybe influence refs and players. Or he only do it to watch the VAR review and replays, but not doing anything with it afterwards, which is just pointless.

Ole is playing Football Manager on the screen. Football in real life is too boring and easy for him.

 By the tweet I thought it was gonna be an accident like he thought someone was there. But he straight up turned around and is staring right at the empty chair, wtf is he doing?
It reminds me of Rafa at Liverpool. He was doing all of these fancy complex hand signals. The camera pans to the opposite side and none of the players are paying any attention to him.

Me thinks he's watching sommerbilen on NRK.
Would obviously be embarrassing getting caught.

He's browsing the Caf and is assured when someone says Harry Maguire is worth 80 Mill but he quickly gets confused when the next post down says Harry maguire isn't worth 80 Mill

Or the post where it says Bruno is the real deal but then the next post down says he's not actually the real deal

Or Pogba is good but pogba isn't good

Or lingard had a good performance vs Palace but actually he didn't because he just ran around and that's what we needed from him but it's not exactly what we needed for him

Not sure which one

 after that clip cuts out the camera zooms out and he's talking to someone that's sat a row behind him and someone sat alongside him a few seats down.

But I wish it didn't cut out because the full clip is even funnier, it makes it look like he's ignoring his two buddies who are staring at him, and he's just talking to the empty seat.

Can he stop watching porn on his ipad and make few subs here? Our players are exhausted.

He's not watching the match. Only logical excuse for his lack of subs before 80 mins

Seriously, him sitting there doing feck all staring at a screen instead of watching by the touchline is annoying to watch. It's like the bare minimum you expect from the manager.

Only took him 84 min to realize that Rashford was having an absolute mare. Alternatively he had instructed him to play like Bebe.

I would bet good money that Pep is coked up all the time.
