Meh, I enjoyed the Europa League anyway

Pereira sends the corner in, pulled back to Lingard who chips the ball to Pogba but he's off-side. That is probably that.

No but not subbing Lingard or playing Young all the time is his fault.
The team collapsing after a goal is his fault, the team lacking movement is his fault
Who else will play at rb? dalot? who is at rw. Team shitting their pants.. is his fault? how?...oh yes and our lack of movement, yeah because we were so much better before but its fifa so anyone can fix that in few months.

We'll never amount to much with players like Young, Jones, Lingard, Smalling and Mata etc as starters for us. Instead of clearing these players out we give them new contracts. Also deadwood like Rojo, Darmian, Valencia still at the club. Shocking level of club management, City cleared out all their dross in a couple of seasons. Shows their level of ambition compared to ours..

So we hadn't lost a game all season where we'd scored first but that record has now gone out the window. It was all looking good when McTominay opened the scoring after 13 minutes, a deserved reward for a bright start by us. We should have added another goal but Lukaku and Lingard squandered a couple of great chances.

A mistake by Fred then allowed Wolves to snatch an equaliser and after that the home side got stronger while we faded as a force in the game. Two rash tackles by Young early in the second-half saw the captain receive two yellows and his marching orders. After that it was a damage limitation exercise but Wolves took advantage of their superior numbers and scored another scrappy goal with Smalling poking the ball into his own net.

With a man less we struggled to create anything after going behind and it ended 2:1. A huge setback to our top four ambitions and our third defeat in four games.

Lots of work to do for Ole and guys. Next up, Barcelona :nervous:

    Wolves 0:1 Man Utd - McTominay (13')

    Wolves 1:1 Man Utd - Jota (25')

    Wolves 2:1 Man Utd - Smalling (77' o.g.)

It’s worrying how bad he’s been lately. Even when the rest of the team raised their game when Ole came in, he didn’t really. At fault for at least 2 goals in the last 4 games.
What do you expect when his coach is like a mate with him? It doesn't look like much coaching goes on there.

You could bring in Klopp, Guardiola whoever the feck you like and he will never get this squad to win things....It's not fecking good enough having the likes of Young, Jones, Smalling in it....

Top 4 is gone now and to be honest don't deserve it....need a clearout once and for all
Both of them had to strengthen their defences. We still have a pile of SAF's players at the back and yet they say we don't need a CB.

This is utterly disgraceful. Where do we go from here?
Bit harsh. You played well first half (Wolves goal came against run of play) and you've had 10 men for most of second half against excellent top half team.

Always a game where Man. United could've drawn or lost v 11 men.

Bravo lads, great professional performance. It's okay, we'll post on twitter and insta that we're disappointed with the result then we'll upload a story tomorrow goofing around in training.

    Alls good.

That offside on the free kick sums up how thick some of our players are. Looking across the line and you just stand offside!

On a positive note, it makes it easier for Ole and our DOF to identify how best to make us contenders next year. Every cloud an all that
That’s some cloud you’ve got there

Definitely not on ole as we have been missing sitters more regularly than any top 6 team post SAF.

It is just we are not very good and will continue to be unless we replace nearly half the first 11 in my eyes.
We clearly aren't good enough and thats a fact. if next season we have jones/smalling/young/lingard as first 11 then we're truely F'd.

This lot are a joke. Look at Romero and Rojo laughing and joking on the bench.
