No worries

So we've been drawn to play at home against City in the 4th round on Sunday 26th January. This is the complete draw for the 4th round:

West Ham v Arsenal
Manchester United v Manchester City
Lewes v Billericay Town or Actonians
Charlton Athletic v Chelsea
Everton v London Bees
Burnley v Leicester City
Sheffield United v Birmingham City
London City Lionesses v Reading
Bristol City v Durham
Tottenham Hotspur v Barnsley
Huddersfield Town v Ipswich Town
Southampton v Coventry United
Southampton Women's FC v Crystal Palace
Fylde or Sunderland v Watford
Liverpool v Blackburn Rovers
Aston Villa v Brighton & Hove Albion

I mean, they're making it obvious now that they're fixing it every chance they get for us to play City. I'll forgive them though if it means we can have this match at OT.

The fixture has now been confirmed for Saturday 25th 12:45pm kick off. With tickets now available, anyone wanting to go should probably get tickets sooner rather than later. They aren't yet on the ManUtd website, but they are available on the Leigh Sports Village website.

That's really good news. With the (men's) FA Cup tie scheduled for Sunday at 3pm, bringing this one forward to Saturday makes perfect sense.

Let's hope United get a bit of a publicity push going on this now. It deserves a decent crowd.

City fans have an "away end" in South stand. The rest of South stand and West stand are open for online sales. East stand was opened for the City match in the WSLCup, so it would be nice to see that in operation again for this one.

Disappointingly little push from United on this, even on social media. I hope we get a decent crowd but I think they could have been higher with more action from the club. We play Chelsea on Wednesday in the WSL Cup semi-final - a direct clash with the men playing City - so that's going to be a tough one as well.

However, it's derby day and we're on BBC red button/BBC player.

They have it delayed on MUTV at 4.00 p.m. Why the hell they can't show it live I have no idea.

Good save by Earps from Ellen White there.

11 minutes in and it looks like a pretty even game to me, but the commentator says City are dominating so I may be biased. A couple of uncarded tactical fouls from City - now where have I heard that before?

30 minutes in and Ellen White scores to put City 1 up. Defensive error by Abbie McManus gave away the ball.

Our best chance so far fell to Sigsworth from a defensive error by City.

Referee has "spoken to" City's captain about the number of tactical fouls, but has forgotten to bring his cards with him.

Just seen this is on.

Half time and we're down 1 nil.

Hoping for a better 2nd half.

We had them in a cage for the first 20 minutes. Pressure was building on them and ref just allowed them to kick their way out of trouble.

Need to get ball to groenen and Siggsworth more. They have this city defence rattled when they got a rare ball in a dangerous area.

Bloody hell they're just showing the Chels/Arse game. Can't believe Arsenal ladies got beaten so badly.

Yep. Signing Kerr is a real statement of intent from them as well. The big three are tough to beat and they're investing to get tougher. We've got Chelsea in the WSL Cup semi on Wednesday - so we could have a rough night ahead.

Yeah I can imagine we'll have a rough time against them.

Would love to get a result here today though..

Is there no technology?

Where's the replay? How can the assistant say it wasn't over the line from their position??

3-1 to City.

Seemed so easy for City then. Goal keeper at fault for me.

What a shame conceding that 3rd goal.... we were on top just before that.

It felt like a slow motion shot, so not sure what happened for it to go in unchallenged - deflection, unsighted? Whatever it was, Earps moved way too late.
Think Earps wasn't fully concentrated there. If she were she'd have moved way earlier.
