Would anyone be up for trying to get the EU first gank? It would involve one night elf and one troll/orc racing from their starting area as soon as the realms go live towards a middle point which would be in Ashenvale or Darkshore.

Seems that everyone is going to pvp servers. Not sure that was the case when game first came out. Guess blizzard have underestimated here.

There will be about 15 boomkins in the entire world.
I doubt there will be that many warriors. Anyone who played vanilla knows that levelling with a warrior is just so so awful. You can only take on one mob at a time and the class has no inbuilt heals so they have to sit and eat all the time between pulls. I think all classes will be quite popular apart from druids and hunters who just suck in PVE

2009 Boomkins were a different animal to 2005 Boomkins. If you do decide to dip in, watch a video or read a guide because you're going to find it rough going.
I'm jealous that one of the Oceanic servers is called "Bigglesworth". I'd be on that one for sure.
It's worth listening to @duffer on this one even though he is Chelsea scum. You'll find getting gear really hard too if you want to raid. Your damage is so poor that there's no way any sane guild would give the spell damage gear to a druid before all of the other casters.

Reuniting with old friends and making some new,
And let’s not forget foes in PVP too.
In dungeons and raids we will have such a blast,

There were no boomkins in 2005 right? I played druid from the start and leveling was a pain, worst class to level in vanilla by quite a bit.
Balance druid in chicken form? Yeah they've been around since the original launch.
We had a boomkin in the guild, he tried soooo hard to keep up with the rest of the dps, but could never really do it.
He did better in TBC, but still quite a bit behind.
Waste of raid spot really, but that said, you can clear most content with a boomkin, but not more than one

They werent. They got introduced in some patch half way through vanilla as I remember.
Just checked, October 05 was when moonkin form came in.
I was not playing from Vanilla. Came in at TBC but have done a bit of private server stuff.
I think my new guild are getting into the RP a bit...

I’ve played Druid since I started playing in 09 and mostly Boomkin and as a class I think it’s very difficult to move to a different class as although it’s rarely top of DPS (although feral has had its moments) it’s feels so mobile and has great utilities.
I have a Warrior I’ve played a bit with over the years because it’s so different to all drood flavours but beyond that every other class feels like you can achieve the same experience with a Druid spec.

Same realm as me, I guess it's trying to figure out whether or not it's worth the initial pain for a higher chance that the realm will survive any drop off in population. Luckily I don't think we have a lot of EU streamers to worry about.

Ps looks like I'm going to be rolling on Gehennas. It has a good alliance horde ballance and loads of people from Frostwhisper are rolling on it.
Got mine off of Amazon (I wanted them to match the colour scheme of my setup!) but you can get them pretty much anywhere.
Will be interested to see how the queue for you is different for me (I'm on a "medium" server and you are on a "full" one).
I've made 3 identical paladins. 2 on full pvp servers and one on your weirdo rppvp server so if they are terrible I might just jump over to yours.
Going to level for a few months on a pve server and then transfer to PvP to avoid the hassle
