Vaclav Cerny
Ajax
Czech
Left wing/attacking midfield
17-10-97

A player who's had a big reputation for the past few years Cerny chose Ajax ahead of a host of the Worlds biggest clubs including the likes of United,City,Chelsea and Barcelona when he decided to leave Fk Pribram last year. Blessed with excellent close control, dribbling and a good turn of pace and shooting skills Cerny has long been known to the scouts of all the big clubs but Ajax managed to steal a march on them all when they agreed a deal worth over 1 million euros for the then 15 year old Cerny. He showed his new fans exactly why he is rated so highly when he finished joint top scorer in the Aegon Cup in early 2013 despite being one of the younger players on show. Cerny made his debut for the Czech Republic under 17s aged just 14 and is currently the captain of the side. He scored 2 goals in 3 games in the under 17 Euro elite qualifiers as well as having a shot from the half way line well saved by the English keeper.

Cernys goal against Italy from 0:38

Halfway line shot against England from 0:38

I have heard the names Leon Goretzka and Max Meyer from Schalke...Are they not huge talents and midtfielders (like United, acording to some need?). I feel Draxler is getting all the attention.

Other obvious talents should be Verratti and Höjberg (But I guess they aren't going anywhere).

They are big talents, yes. Donis Advijaj recently got a contract as well, if he carries on like he does currently, he'll belong in the same bracket to Meyer, Draxler and Goretzka. Kolasinac, Sane and Ayhan are good talents as well.

Ruben Neves
Portugal
Porto
Centre Midfield
13-3-97

Ruben Neves has been in the news in the past week as he had a brilliant Debut for Porto at the weekend becoming the clubs youngest ever scorer in the process and tonight has beaten Cristiano Ronaldo's record as the youngest Portuguese player to play in the Champions League qualifiers. Neves is a central midfielder who can play as a box to box midfielder or as a deep lying playmaker which is where he played on his first team debut at the weekend where he looked very confident spraying the ball around and even got forward to score a very well taken goal. He has also captained Portugal at under age level and played in the under 17 European Championships a few months ago.

He was very good tonight. Portuguese pundits said he was the best player on the pitch. It would be a pity if he goes back to the bench if Clasie comes. It´s still early but the kid looks talented.

I'm not very good in writing description but apparently he's one of the biggest talents of his age group in Portugal and impressed against England U17s.Tottenham wanted him last year and United apparently has scouted him extensively. His style reminds me of Andreas Pereira so hopefully he'll end up at United (sorry Porto fan).

Another talent coming from Arsenal academy.Nelson is a winger with outrageous dribbling skills and fully capable of those "special moments".From what Arsenal fans said he's still very hot and cold but that's expected from a 14-year-old youngsters.Clearly very highly rated at Arsenal - already made their UEFA Youth League squad this season - and already capped by England U16s, surely we'll hear more about him in the near future.

Yeah.Being Barca youth players don't automatically qualify you as the best youth talents though.
I think that's true as well, but it's different when it comes to a footballing nation as Korea. A barca youth product might not end up being a success, but that player will still most likely be better than their other youth products that come from Korean clubs. For example, Mexico has Jonathan Dos Santos. Not a success, but still one of their best talents because of the difference in footballing education Barca give compared to players educated in a Mexican club.

This was his latest match.

Much older than most youngsters in this thread but given the country he's coming from he has done quite a good job to build up his reputation recently.Amazing dribbler but lack a bit of composure in front of goal.Perhaps first team football on Japan or Korea will do him good in the next few years.

He was invited to London after his international performances a month ago.

Think it's not him but a CM called Nguyen Tuan Anh.The latter was far more mature in his game and apparently was rated the highest by Wender out of the 4 he invited to train with Arsenal youth team last year.

First time I've heard about him is during an U12s tournament called MIC in which his Barca side won after beating United on penalties on semi and Ajax 5-0 on final. He is the 2nd top goalscorer in that tournament (top goalscorer is an United player).Moreno had an amazing goalscoring record at youth level with a current ratio of more than 2 goals per game when playing with his age group and 1 goal per game when playing up an age group. His record is better than Messi and up there with Bojan hopefully he will have a better fortune than the latter. He's part of the 2002 born "golden generation" crop of La Masia (the 2001 and 2002 crop are considered the best 2 generations of them in many years with many top talents).

No decent compilation of him online yet but this is the final of that tournament vs Ajax:

One of the best talents and my most favourite (admittedly I haven't watched them that much) of the 2001 "golden generation" crop of La Masia. Usually being referred by the name "Take", this Japanese kid is an amazingly gifted dribbler in the Messi mould (not saying he's as good). He's currently banned from playing in the league due to that Barca ban.Hopefully it won't affect much of his development.

No decent compilation again. This is the best that I can find.

Signed for City few months ago from Sporting and playing for their U15s, Camacho is one of the best Portuguese talents in his age group. He has bags of tricks in his locker and knows how to finish.

He scored two on his senior team league debut (no 44 in this video). His team is going all out youth this season with half of the team are 18-20 years old including all 3 goalscorers.

You're definitely are just looking for attention from that original post on Jovic in 2013! Great call JB. How are the rest of your predictions going from that bunch?

Saw Dan Crowleys name on the front page also. He's had an excellent season in Holland with Willem II. Hopefully both him and Jack Byrne can build on their youth talent.

Man I forgot about this thread. Feels like there is more info out there about youngsters than there was in the past. Probably the u15 level and below is where you need to scout now.
