Why Webb? Hardly his fault he broke his game after four games.
I'd question Ince - OK, he crossed over but he was a key player in the double in 94 and before that. Mind you, not sure what anti-legends would be - players that were shit no matter how much they played or players that f*cked off at the first sign of a problem.

Walter Crickmer started it all...
Not sure what you mean by 'not legends'......

1. Poor players

Birtles, Davenport, Milne, Jovanovic, Djemba, Ure, Moore, Taibi, T. Gibson, O'Brien, MacDougall, M. Martin, G. Graham, Sidebottom, James, Roche, Waldron, Foggon, Sloan, Cruyff, Chadwick,

2. Bad attitude

Yorke, Strachan, Timm,

3. Lazy

Bosnich, Richardson,

4. Mercenary

Can't think of anyone in this category.........

Prunier was on loan and played one average game and had a shocker at Spurs (along with the rest of the defence as well) so not sure why he is on the list

Webb was a really good player until his injury

Leighton was OK until he lost his confidence

Ince was immense for most of his career here....he just turned into an arrogant ******* when he left

McClair mate ? Are you serious ??? That lad would've played anywhere on the park for us and never left the club (stayed on to coach). One of the most committed players we've ever had, LOVED the club !!

I know everyone is entitled to an opinion, but it way out of order to say Choccy's the opposite of a legend.......

Higgins and O'Brien were poor players.....

.....nothing wrong with Jimmy Nicholl!

He might not have been a star but he certainly wasn't a bad player by any means!
Higgins was an excellent player, however by the time we had paid his insurance company off, he was only a fraction of the player he'd been for Everton. I can't and will never blame him for trying to resurrect his career, it was the coaching staff's fault for taking the gamble.

As for O'Brien, I'd suggest we look slightly differently on him. He would have been another Fletcher had Fergie got to him early, however the coaching system we had when he arrived didn't help him. Not the greatest of players, but he'll be remembered for two things for me.. One the quickest sending off for a United player, and also getting a goal at the exact moment of the 30th anniversary of Munich against Coventry
