He struggles with self motivation, Shanks thinks. Against shitty teams Henry seemingly often cannot be arsed. Against big teams, most naturally raise their games. Henry rarely does.

He OFTEN doesn't perform against the shitty teams, and he RARELY raises his game against big teams. That's why he's so inconsistent. It's all to do with motivation.
