What exactly are they saying?
He's half a girl, He's half a boy, Torres, Torres.
He looks just like a transvestite, Torres, Torres.
He wears a frock, he loves the cock, he sells his arse on Albert Dock
Fernando Torres, Carraghers bit on the side

Pretty sure we nicked that from Everton.

"You and your paper can feck off."
According to the video description:

He's half a girl, he's half a boy, Torres, Torres.
He looks just like a transvestite, Torres, Torres.
He wears a frock, he loves the c*ck, he sells his ass on Albert Dock
Fernando Torres, Carraghers bit on the side!

There was an earlier version which finished "Fernando's Body, Brittany Spears' Head".

That was vaguely amusing.

This new version is (a) ripped straight from Everton, and (b) not funny.

I think it's a bit crap TBH. If the Dippers start singing their Torres song at OT, I would prefer it if we just launched into our O'Shea song instead of reducing ourselves to that Torres crap.

Completely agree. Have a few scouse mates who think that we ripped the Torres song off them about O'Shea.

Haha I can see myself in that video.

Meh, its alright. it's only a laugh, don't really care about the history of the songs and such, they're just a laugh for a pint before the match.

discarded on the hallowed turf
When Jonny goes running down the wing
O'Shea O'Shea
When Jonny goes running down the wing
O'Shea O'Shea
When Jonny goes running down the wing
The stretford End will always sing
We all know that Jonny's gonna score

The fecking scousers nicked his song
O'Shea O'Shea
And sing about a girly boy
It's ON, again (or, who came from spain)
But Jonny the cat, will make 'em cry
and finish them off in added time
We all know that Jonny's gonna score

They didn't nick it really did they? football chants have been going along to that tune for years..

Yes, the O'Shea one's been around for ages but the Torres one is more clever, imaginative and has better lyrics than ours.. i think it's a top chant.. fair play to them

I thought the Wolverhampton Wanderers version of it for sylvan ebanks-blake was quite funny...

He hit a bouncer on the head .. sylvan sylvan
The Bouncer Called it GBH .. sylvan sylvan
he puts the ball through someones legs
turns around and shouts nutmegs
Ebanks Blake is wanderers number 9

I like the David Healy version we sing for Northern Ireland.

'He gets the ball, he scores a goal, Healy Healy
The little man from Killyleagh, Healy Healy
He beat the England and the Spain
Give him the ball, he'll do it again
David Healy, Ulster's number 9'

:D
