I'm doubting people's commitment to Sparkle Motion
So we will now win the Eurovision song contest as we will get injured players back, buy more in Jan and Rooney will suddenly start scoring every game.

Philosophy the long way round. Van dal is a feckin genius!

My cat keeps doing a slow rumba by itself in the kitchen. Thing gets weirder by the day.

To be fair with Ancelotti literally waiting at the end of a phone line sacking mid season would not be totally off the cards.

I mean from SAF's comments he was the real chosen one.

Very unlikely to happen mid season still, but even if we scrape through in the top four this season with Guardiola and Ancelotti available I can't see LVG surviving the summer.

Absolutely pathetic. Van Gaal is out of excuses. Yes we had injuries, but his selection (Fellaini over Carrick,) and substitutions were moronic. What's more, he'll probably use tonight as a reason to revert back to that possession-based garbage he has been feeding us. feck him and his twitching ass.

I'm usually LVG's biggest critic, but this wasn't a tactical error at all. We created so many chances, this game should have been put to bed, the players lacked the quality to put us through.

Despite how upsetting us not going through is, what a fecking game this was, the most excited i've been watching a United game in a long time. Had me on my seat.

I think Fellaini has played more games under LVG than he did under Moyes!

I don't know why everyone is moaning. Today's loss was down to being purely unlucky.

Another game that fuels the question why English teams burn so much money and are hardly getting more competitive in Europe.

not really - it's a straight forward group for the best teams in Europe. We are a long way from that at the moment.
Knocked out by PSV. Fecking Newcastle took one of their best players. You don't have to be a top side to be upset at going out of this group. We really couldn't have asked for a better group

I'm not going to jump around and say "LVG out". But what I will say is that if we don't improve and get away from the tumescent shite we've seen for 18 months before the end of this season then he needs to go before it's too late to recover from the mess. Let's not forget that we had to deal with Moyes the year before, so that would mean we could potentially have had 3 years where we haven't "bounced back", and that's a long fecking time in modern football as far as attracting world class players and sponsors are concerned.

3 years. FFS I had hair three fecking years ago.

PSV game let us down. 8 points from 6 games is pathetic. Today's performance was just unlucky though.

atrocious defending. other than that we played well. need to take this disappointment and anger and use it to do well in the league.

Our champions league football was an anomaly. This fully feels like Moyes all over again.

We are depressingly dull and have no direction at all. I yearn for a goal like Wolfburgs second.
Perhaps the earlier matches in the Group stage lacked the proper energy but you found tonight dull??

How is it possible that whenever we play well attackingly (minus the actualy finishing) our defending turns shit... by now we should be able to be solid in both areas. Also why does van Gaal do everything in his power with his changes to disrupt our play? It's not even that we played badly this game but the fact that we were even in the position of having to win this game, in this group, to me says it all about van Gaal.

Was exciting - can't be any complaints about that. Everything in there today except the result. Proud of the kids. Let them loose in the Europa. No let's see about the injuries for the league game. Not as disappointed as I thought I'd be. Just worried about the injuries. Ah well, will have to put Young and Carrick back there and the youths:D
