If you could build one more statue outside OT, who will you choose?

I wouldn't.

These honours are supposed to be rare and special.

Rooney, being our all-time top goalscorer would have been a good candidate if he didn't have such a strained relationship with the fans.

Giggs, Scholes & Cantona are all good candidates.

We have the holy trinity of Best ,Law , Charlton .
I would do a statue of the class of 92 a group that embodied the very spirit of United history of bringing youth through and a group largely responsible for the most successful spell in the clubs history

@Sultan, right outside the ticket office after they've given him free STs for life for the grief they've caused him.

I dont know why people buzz off Cantona so much (no offense). He was here for 5 seasons and apart from winning the double and league a few times he doesn't come close to the likes of Rooney, Neville, Giggs, Scholes. Good player but so over rated.

Am I correct in assuming you were born after 1990?

Cantona's a good shout!

Can't believe Ronaldo hasn't been mentioned yet, best ever United player in my lifetime and I've been a fan of a club since 92, will go down as one of the games top 4 greatest ever players alongside Pele/Maradonna and Messi.

So we have to be proud as a club that one of the games true greats played here and inspired the club to a Champions League and won the Ballon d'Or whilst playing for United.

Definitely. Watched a documentary about him recently and, even as a lifelong Red, I still didn't realise quite how important he was during Munich. I knew he keep us going but he was a genuine hero. Has to be him.

You obviously didn't live through his time with us.

No i didnt, it was at the back end, when he scored the fa cup final 96 was the day i started following utd.
I get he was brilliant, but I dont think he was like Shearer for example.

Wow staggered by this response my favourite ever player and the glue that stuck the class of 92 together an inspiration to all .
I remember being at Fergie testimonial when Eric came back for the game and did a lap of honour at the end there wasn't a dry eye in the house grown men crying . I turned to my sons and said remember this moment you will never see his like again and we haven't .
He was pure theatre born to play for the reds and let's face it his name is even now sang out loud at every game that says it all

Exactly, also annoys me people who call players like Giggs/Scholes/Shearer overrated because they arn't old enough and only saw the back end of their career and judge their opinions based on that.

As a kid of the 90's myself, Cantona was an icon of English football in the 90's, kids often had their shirt out and collar up like Cantona when having a kick about, even kids who never even supported United.
