Thought we are doing alright to be fair - nobody saves that free kick!
Can't believe more isn't being made of the wall. Matic the only one who jumped, if the guys beside them do it hits them in the face. Unreal really not to jump in a wall

You know it is bad when Mou is stood in the technical area all half looking worried. He usually spends all match looking miserable on the bench no matter what happens.

Oh God, I am traveling and just checked the score. Are we as bad as the score line suggests?

It pisses me off how teams are always clinical against us( except arsenal game).
They 3 bloody shots. Two from set pieces. I swear, i would rather lose a game when we are playing awful than like this.

Jose needs to nail this summer window.
He needs to nail the January window first.
IMO, if he is desperate for Perisic, Woodward should break the bank and get him from Inter, next week.
Playing with no wingers is killing us.
Our left side is weak, while our right side is non-existent.

Using Zlatan as an attacking midfielder is a stroke of genious - that way you are guaranteed that you only have one player in the box when a cross comes in. As for Rashford - a winger who fails to make a run into the box when the ball is near the corner of the penalty box on the other side should never play as a winger.

Out with Zlatan and Rashford - in with Martial and Lingard - and I wouldn't cry if we get a new manager who is capable of teaching the players to actually play football as a team rather than try to create flashes of individual brilliance.
Rashford, as a winger, made a run in behind the fullback and had a shot cleared off the line...

Yeah who is this Jose bloke anyway? Come back when you’ve won something mate.

Seriously how difficult is it to create something for Lukaku? It seems like the poor lad is working so hard to make something happen for everyone else but no one else is supplying him.
Long ball doesn’t suit his game at all, yet we insist on supplying crosses.
    It boggles the mind.
    I feel sorry for him

Have to say Jose and the team are losing it badly. Conceding two late goals and now this. If even after this the board and Jose think they are better off buying anyone this January then are smoking high and I am fearful of us losing the 2nd position soon and back in top 4/5. Would be disastrous

I think our biggest weakness is our defense. No other ways about it. We need to replace the entire backline.

What the feck are our attackers doing? No movement, just standing there picking their noses.
Bring Lingard on asap, at least he tries.

It is really horrible to see us play without any set game plan. No passing accuracy, not good with set pieces, not good with crosses or corners, defence not good enough, players not playing where they should. I just dont know whom to blame really.
When there is such a staggering level of general disorganization it's pretty obvious who one should blame.
But that person will probably say we should blame schedule, our young players, refs, maybe medical stuff. Literally everybody expect himself.

I'm still confident we have an excellent group of players. They are just not ruthless enough. No mean streak in any of them whatsoever. We could do with a Fellaini in the team right now.

    Our players are spineless.
I am 100% sure the overriding feeling in that dressing room is, can't wait till I get home.

Can’t believe people are watching the same game as me, people claiming we aren’t creating no chances. If that shot cleared off the line isn’t a chance I don’t know what is.

Can't even go on a fecking counter with 20 seconds to go. Absolute farce.
We can't counterattack due to Zlatan. Big mistake by Jose to play him.

I loved Ibra and thought he was the player of the season, but it is time to let him go. Unfortunately, Lingard is also not the long term answer to the #10 position, if only we could combine the pace of Lingard and the technique of Ibra...

Feels like our players have mentally given up the season due to losing touch with City. It's going to drag us into a top four battle that we're not guaranteed to finish successfully. Tactically this is a disaster though. Zlatan and Mata together just clog up the middle and lack energy. There's no wingplay whatsoever, our full backs are constantly on their own to beat two players. This doesn't reflect well on Mourinho. He looks like he's out of ideas already.

If a Burnley player viciously attack the ref the match will be abandoned and we will win 0-3 by default. Which in turn means that my 4-0 prediction wasn't way off after all. Here's to hoping.

90 million pounds worth of flashy shots and almost no goals. I like Pogba but it pisses me off how ineffective he is.
Pogba did create our best chance. He was the one who did that great long pass to Rashford which allowed Rashford to get a shot off which only didn't go in due to a line clearance block.

Think this is the beginning of the end for Mourinho.

Maybe we'll look back at his childish barbs after the Leicester performance as a point where he lost the team, and this is the time when the team are starting to down tools.
Agree, been having this discussion elsewhere, he’s losing the team, he’s losing the fans, and just carries on refusing to shoulder any blame.

Reality is, who here would be sad to see the news that Mou had been sacked tomorrow? Incredibly few I believe.

Part ways at the end of this season is best for all IMO.

I don't understand why Lindelöf didn't get to play. He's been the best centre back in recent matches. Rojo obviously not fully recovered from injury.

What a fecking crappy xmas it's been. Had 3 weeks off and was looking forward to the xmas schedule of football. Absolutely ruined it, the feckwits! Oh well.

The only consolation so far is that Chelsea are still drawing at home to Brighton.

They aren't we are just defending terribly on set pieces at the moment. No idea why since Mourinho teams are usually good at it and we got a lot of strong and physical players. Clearly our tactics fail for some reason.

De Gea is also not in great form at the moment. Should have done better too and the same in last game. Overall we are just in a dire state at the moment or shall I say since the City defeat. It seem to have ruined our confidence.

Horrible half to watch as a fan, Burnley almost have a goal for each time they left their half. And on top of that they haven't created anything - first one a gift, second one just a world class free kick.

They've struggled to live with us for a lot of the first half - Rashford cleared off the line etc - so hopefully we turn it up in the second half and they finally crack.

Set pieces are a massive problem for us both offensively and defensively.

Our forwards movement is awful, we have no link up or chemistry in any of our team.

crosses into the box are awful, never find their target or put into a dangerous position.

Saying that we’ve been a bit unlucky and could have had 2 goals ourself. It’s turning out to be 1 of those games, a period that will really define us as a team. Do we have bottle or does it need dismantling again?

We won't be by the end, don't you worry.
So you not only want Jose to learn from managers who have never won a pot in this league and their teams are below us, but you can also predict the future?

I would go and get some fresh air if I was you.
