So he should just play the kids since if doesn't matter anyway but then we lose and it mattered all along ?
He didn't play the kids though did he. Only Greenwood and he was the only good one out there anyway. He also played shit like Young, Lingard, Smalling and Jones.

I love everything OGS says about how United should do transfers and build op for the future. But clearly he doesn’t do well as a coach. I would love us to go all in for Pochetino as our manager and appoint OGS as our sport director/technical director whatever you’ll call it

Yes as I don’t see any plan from him like Moyes. LVG had a plan but it didn’t work for two seasons. Mourinho had a plan to be defensive and it didn’t work. This is Moyes level type football.
That’s fair.

He puts it on himself by trusting in shit players.
Yep, the cnuts have got 3 previous managers the boot, he will be the 4th.

Just adds another year on the "Rebuilding" process we keep hearing about.

The football he got Molde playing, basically. That’s pretty much it. It’s a leap of faith, but isn’t every appointment? Jose was supposed to be a sure thing.

What I do know though is that the players are terrible, but I have faith in what he did with Molde, and that if given enough time he can get us playing the same way. He can’t do it in just a few weeks though. Even if we got Poch it would be the same. We need to be patient basically.
 oh yay!

Different squad and any player thats still here is the manager's will. Young, Smalling, Lingard and Jones in particular are Ole's boys
Young Valencia Jones Smalling are SAF players who are somehow still playing. It's a fair point to say that Ole is culpable for playing them but they also started under every manager we've had since SAF retired. The likes of Rojo and Baily arent good enough either and Lindelof seems like hes not good enough either. Sort out the backline with proper players and there will be a significant improvement no matter who the manager is.

Yes he should be sacked within 24 hours of today’s result.

We have a squad fully capable of beating any of the bottom half. Never mind two spread relegated teams, Huddersfield being one of the worst teams to ever grace the PL.

However, nothing will change for the better until Woodward is sent packing. He is the only constant in the disaster that is the last 5-6 years.

If a club legend can't get these players to understand the mimnium required effort of a Manchester United player then feck knows who can.

The players are better than this, OK they aren't league challengers in waiting but we shouldnt be losing this many matches. It should be an embarrassment but they clearly don't care.

I don't have much faith in Ole turning this around at this point, but I'd have reservations on any manger at this stage.

Out of his depth or not, I'd say that he's fecked it up royally today. If he really wanted to make a statement that he and the club will be ruthless with the deadwood for the discgraceful shite we've been served, he'd have fielded a full youth team today. Nobody would hold it against him if we lost, I guess everybody would get the message. Instead, he fielded the same old shite and expected a different result, yet again. There's just nobody more who's worse than Huddersfield and Cardiff, who more do we need to lose to so that Joneses, Youngs and other shits stop getting the time on the pitch?

Now you just know, the next season we'll still be with those cnuts. It's obviously not purely Ole's fault but today he really, really had a great chance and would have everybody behind him. He blew it for players who won't give a fecking shit what will happen to him in the next couple of months before he inevitably gets the sack.

Should walk today but unfortunately we’ll persist and he’ll spend a lot in the summer only to be the first managerial sacking of next season then we’ll get another “interim” manager.

They just confirmed Phelan as assistant. He’ll be there come August.

Not going to criticise Ole, I love the guy. But, they shouldn’t have given him the permanent gig until the end of the season, just to keep the pressure off him rather than for any other reason.

It was going pretty well. Feck you Ed.
Still this for the large part. And if we’d waited it’d be a lot easier to justify cutting our losses at this point. A bad decision made for the right reasons.

What kids besides Greenwood?
Chong and Garner also debuted under him.

Simple question, did you seriously expect a complete 180 turn around immediately from Jose to Ole?

We've been a top 4 battling side for 6 years, but folks expect Ole to fix it in 6 months.

Well he gave a big speech after the Huddersfield game saying we won’t see some of these players again. Then the line up shows up again.

Ill just say that this group of players finished 2nd just this time last year. And in April 2018, when we were faced with handing the title to our bitter rivals - THIS GROUP OF PLAYERS put in an incredible performance to stop that from happening. This idea that they dont give a shit is utter nonsense.
One off performances dont win league titles just because we beat City last year doesnt mean that suddenly our players are somehow amazing. We beat PSG but I'd take that back four and midfield over ours any day of the week

You guys realize that even if the club is sold tomorrow, the whole squad is replaced and the ghost of Fergie takes over that we won’t be winning the league next year.

Either learn some patience or go support something else entirely. You are veering from panic stricken Wendies to being over entitled. I suspect we are going to have to drop a lot lower before any upward trend occurs.

Get a grip and spend your time on more pleasant pursuits.

Shape of some of you in here, my brother actually told me to have a look. Nothing shocks me in here now. He needs a window to get players in and out. He's shown that he can come in and beat sides over a run of games. Not beating Cardiff shows the work and lack of quality ahead. Pochetihno, Zidane or even God himself couldn't get the most of these players for a full season. There is clearly big issues in that dressing room. He deserves a chances to make changes. Some of you clowns are more embarrassing than some of these United performances.

The players are the same. They are already on a holiday. My perception of Ole hasn't changed. This is a nothing match

Well he gave a big speech after the Huddersfield game saying we won’t see some of these players again. Then the line up shows up again.
He was never talking about Jones or Young - he gave both of them new contracts.

Also in the presser he dodged the question. It was actually a meek evaluation of his crop rather than a ruthless approach that we need. He was asked up front if we'd have seen the last of some of these players and he spun a positive on it to say "yes perhaps but it will also be the start of some players who have been knocking on the door". And that's about that.

Yup, players see that, observe and learn very quickly. They know he's all talk and Woodward won't back him should the time come so he won't do shit to them. Next players will come in, observe, learn, rinse, repeat.

I’ve expected him to play some type of football. Some of the football under him in the last few months has been worse than Moyes. There’s no point moaning about fitness when you play Cardiff and Huddersfield. I’ve seen no plan or anything from Ole. What’s he trying to play like?

Again, do people think we are going to have a completely different squad next season? A lot of the players we have now will still be there. Ole was winning with them back in February - any decent manager is better than this, even if we're not good enough to compete for the title.
I don't expect it to be better next season I just hope we inch towards the right direction. There are so many things wrong with this football club.

It’s hilarious how everything’s changed

Now people want Poch but when were on a good run some posters were looking for every flaw and being Poch down to uplift Ole.

Meanwhile across the road Pep is winning another title with a whole season without KDB. But we’re hear moaning about players yet again. We never learn.

If he's playing the likes of Jones and Lingard every week then he doesn't think they are dross. If he doesn't think they are dross how can he be trusted to rebuild the team to a level of exellence with 300m? It raises an issue with his judgement of talent and his overall vision if he insists on them. They are technically poor but Ole doesn't seem to view it as a problem
