England may have lost but they only have themselves to blame with their woeful finishing. Sterling (who seems to have gone back to his old days in front of goal), Sancho and Kane should have done a lot better with their chances. That front 3 is top class but the problem arises when you've got someone like Rashford coming in as your main threat off the bench.
Amazing how one game undoes 2 seasons of consistency.

Sterling still misses too many sitters to be in the elite group, but he's now almost exceptional when it comes to instinctive finishes when he doesn't have much time to think about what he's going to do. I think I could live with seeing him in a United shirt, and, with his missing easy chances flaw - he'd fit right in here are United.

Tottenham fans probably shoot me down but I don’t think Erksen is the player he used to be

Schmeichel with a blinder of a performance...:annoyed:

Questions need to be asked why our team so often concede crucial goals in the last 10minutes.

Bit fortunate to grab the win, but Schmeichel pulled an absolute master class. Really reminded me of his father with some of his saves today.

Happy Switzerland lost. It's time for a tournament without them. They have got to be the most pointless European team around. Well them and Sweden.

I haven't said this often the last few years - but Norway are a strong side now. We have actually been the better side against Spain

Norway better than I thought.Bad first half for Spain.
I would have liked Rodri instead Busquets and another profile instead Saúl but It's good to see Fabián getting a place.
Norway full back had a good chance but was too slow to react

Spain are a bit underwhelming these days. I don't really rate any of their current strikers.

Ah well, Spain score. If this was skiing we would smash them.
