Agree. It was more luck than anything that he survived. Not commanding at all.Thought Zaha had him worried constantly and lucky not give away a penalty.

I felt dirty saying it. But credit where it’s due.Steady on now, you'll be getting hate mail soon.
He got the ball first. Both similar in the sense the defender touched the ball first. And imo both not pens. That was a pen. I guess the Palace non-pen in the first half cancels itself out.
Speak up.Lingard's been alright tonight
100 per cent agree. Neither a pen. That was as much of a penalty as the Zaha-Lindelof one earlier, in that it wasn't, but they won't talk about this one.
Outpaced? He had to cover for Maguire's poor defending...Clear peno, got outpaced for the DDG save. Blimey.
I see what you did there...Lingard's been alright tonight
Speak up.
You mean all the corners he put on the head of Maguire this evening. Should have had 3 goals alone from those.Fernandes doesn’t half piss me off with his corners and free kicks from the wing.
Bitter after Norwich going down.Fecking Jake Humphrey just won’t let that penalty decision go, wanker!
Makes up for that Romeu red card the other day.A little lucky on the penalty situation in first half though - otherwise. Yes
Yip, I don’t think anyone thinks we are the finished productWe need more midfield control for when teams press us. Matic has made a difference since coming on.
Lingard's been alright tonight
Agreed.Of all time. For me at least.
If he can play like that every time he's called upon he's a useful squad player.Since no one else will do it, can I just say Lingard has been perfectly fine since coming on
More the walking around the pitchSame as Pogba people are inferring way too much based on body language.
Due to Matic probablyTook us about 80 minutes to settle down, but comfortable in the end.
Missing Moyes daughter
He wasn't hiding, was making himself available as an option for a pass and didn't make any mistakes. With what? I'm not trying to bash him for no reason, but he was barely involved. Think he only started touching the ball when it was 2-0, and even then it was nothing special. It was a Lingard performance.
100 per cent agree. Neither a pen.
Maguire would have got a higher rating for me today because of his clearances but his accuracy with his chances (i think he had at least 3) let him down.To be fair he landed enough corners on Maguire's melon head that deserved to be assists tonight.
But more often doesn’t get past the first man. He’s whipped in 5 great corners that Maguire should’ve done better with.
Yeah I thought he was very ordinary tonight, never really got into the game. When he did he gave the ball away a lot, and missed a sitter to boot. Not his best game. He’s allowed to be off the boil once in a while but i certainly wouldn’t say he was MOTM.Aye. Hoddle's had Bruno, 'gets better and better' apparently, complete bollocks to be honest.
His corners are great. Our corners have never found our players this often.Fernandes doesn’t half piss me off with his corners and free kicks from the wing.
Possibly, it allowed Pogba to get on with his day job, to control the midfield.Due to Matic probably
I wouldn't say he showed for the ball or tried to make anything happen. He just drifts around and if the ball finds it way to him great. He'll then take a couple of touches and pass it safely to someone else. Not what you want from an attacking player. He wasn't hiding, was making himself available as an option for a pass and didn't make any mistakes.
He was quietly competent which is miles away from his usual performance.
