If Zaha stays, him and Zaha should be fun to watch.

Worth noting he was playing against Crystal Palace in that clip

Thought he was headed to Everton but Palace got the deal done. Will definitely catch a few Palace games see if he gets much game time.

I thought we should look at him as an alternative to Grealish. He played pretty much every midfield position for QPR last season. He's an exciting player to watch, a skilful dribbler. Palace doesn't seem the best club for him style wise but I guess he's happy to play in the Prem and stay in London.

Really liked him in those few QPR games I've seen. Palace have been a bit of a one trick pony with Zaha/van Aanholt left wing responsible for most of their offensive threat.
If he's not seen as a replacement for Zaha they'd be an interesting watch. If Zaha leaves they should get another winger and a creative midfielder, as James McArthur is their midfielder furthest forward, which could explain how little they create.

I hear theres a talented young lad called Jesse Lingard who's available, seems like he ticks a couple of boxes for them. Rumour is he's available for around £45m too. Palace should be all over that.

Had him on loan at Wycombe a couple of seasons back.
Needless to say he ripped the division to bits

He’s another one I’ve been quietly hopeful that he opts to play for Nigeria. We’ll see how the next season goes. :)

There's probably a decent chance for Nigeria with Eze. He's not really been as embedded in the England setup as someone like Abraham or Saka. If anything his call up to the u21 squad was pretty late, he deserved to be in a lot sooner in my opinion. He's also trained with Nigeria in the past and there is fierce competition in the England senior side in his position.

Another one to watch this season is Noni Madueke at PSV, he did really well in pre-season for them and is supposedly going to a lot of minutes this season. He's another wide forward/winger. Nigeria will pick up some of these players because there's so many talented players for England in those positions coming through.

Said it before he could have a Madison level impact in the league. It will be interesting to see how he adapts

We’ve got a load of talent around at the moment, and could be sitting on our best ever generation if potential is fulfilled and a couple of international declarations go our way. I agree that Eze will struggle to get in with England. What is likely to happen is he’ll be capped and discarded like many before him. This is why Victor Moses made the right choice. He’d been a regular in England youth setups but has now played in two World Cups which he wouldn’t have done if he declared for England. Ola Aina similarly. Others like Tosin Adarabioyo should do the same.

He's a very classy player, beautiful to watch with ball at his foot. Will score some quality goals next season. Not the quickest but will make things happen when he gets the ball. Going to Palace was a smart move aswell as they need more centrally when their wide players are being marked out of the game.

Very exciting young player and great signing for Palace. A bit disappointed that Palace got him as all the signs were that Spurs were going to sign him this window but it appears he was more of a Poch signing rather than a Jose signing so we have priorities elsewhere. Wish the kid well though.

Conor Gallagher appears to be heading there aswell so they could be low-key quite an exciting watch next season especially if Zaha stays.

Pulled out of the England U21 squad with a groin injury. Weirdly England haven't called up either Dwight McNeil or Marcus Edwards (who was nominated for player of the season in Portugal) as a a replacement. It shows how competitive it is in those positions for England. I'm kind of thinking Eze will end up with Nigeria.

Didn’t realise he was released by Fulham and Arsenal

If they hold onto Zaha they should be looking at a top 10 finish.
I like your optimism but we’re still a proper goalscorer away from that. When your pool of strikers is Jordan Ayew, Connor Wickham and this version of Benteke you’re always going to struggle to score enough goals.

Anyway...Eze...looks likely that we’ll be playing a 4-4-2 this season and he will be playing from the left, but with license to get on the ball and come inside. He said that he signed specifically to play in that position and I reckon him getting on the ball with PVA overlapping is going to be a proper threat for a lot of teams.

Wilf’s played upfront in preseason with a bit of a free role to drift about, so having him pop up out there as well is an exciting prospect. Doesn’t appear to be much interest in him right now but we’ll have to see. If he does stay I’d say he‘s a cheeky little punt for FPL, he had to get through a hell of a lot of defensive work in the 4-3-3 we played last year as we just couldn’t keep hold of the ball, but I think that might change a bit with Eze and Gallagher coming in.

I am praying to the football gods every day that we can just get Batshuayi back as well...then we really would be in business.

I can’t believe Wickham is still on your books, you need to rid of him and Benteke. I feel like I’ve been saying this for ages I must sound like a broken record. What happened with Sorloth? is he on loan or did you sell him?

Who else have you been linked to? It’s a shame you didn’t go in for Doucoure I feel like he would have been a good signing. Hopefully you can get some decent loans if you can’t afford to buy.

I don’t see Zaha leaving tbh the time to go was last season. I can’t see where he would go in the PL, maybe Everton?

Benteke is still there? He must be terrible nowadays

Great free-kick today but more importantly I think he gives us a whole new dimension. Really excited about this one.

Still a fair way to go but I think this lad can go right to the top. Drifts in and out of games a bit still as you’d expect but he is such a graceful player, the way he eases past opponents to make room for himself is great to watch, it’s all so elegant. Good set-pieces, proving he can score goals in the PL, great talent.

Looks a cracking player to me, thought he typically played out wide but is playing central vs Villa and has done well.

I was first impressed with him in the first half of the 2017/18 season when I saw clips of him on loan at Wycombe in league two.

He clearly looked top two divisions standard and, after returning to QPR, he proved himself championship quality at worst. And, this season, he's done well in his first season at PL level with Palace.

So, yeah, he's a quality player.
