Rodon has too many tattoos for this stage of his career. Gotta prove yourself before all that work.

Wrong captain for fantasy football, again. Should have picked Mane maybe I'd have jinxed them in the process

3rd gifted goal. We need a serious investment in defence in the summer. Rodon is a kid and has potential but the rest need to feck off.

Wait...you think that goal should stand? Seriously? FK for Liverpool yes but goal?
At the very least it should be a free kick to us. If not for diers foul then his handball. Just goes to show that refs aren't actually looking at the the whole situation in VAR. Same as Pickford/vvd.

Completely agree, instead just bung a bandage on him and bring him back

I thought we were supposed to be getting concussion subs?

If it's drawn blood, surely it wasn't just a light tap, so you can't guarantee what's going on underneath...

He may be fine, but is it worth the risk he may not be?
Exactly. I watch NFL and a we can take a lot from it, including VAR reviews, concussions, salary caps, etc.

But concussions are the most important thing, and for some reason football just seems to let it go.

Macca the cnut, thought he was gonna burst into tears when VAR ruled out Salah' goal.
He was literally cheering when Mane scored...

Lads, it's Spurs.

The goals they've conceded have been pathetic. Then again, who am I to talk? We conceded a worse one last night.

It’s not sustainable, when you have to move Ndombele and Hojberg to makeshift defence from game to game you’ll notice the difference and the effect it has on the others. Our midfield being fit? Not entirely Thiago, Keita, Fabinho, have missed a month between them and Henderson has missed a few games and their our 1st choice options. Add Jota and that’s 2 months.
We had half our team out most of last season. Won't get much sympathy from me.

Matip off injured.
It’s beyond comical with this guy at this point..I missed the Half time change so only noticed Phillips was on after spurs scored. Our board have to do something short term before the window closes. Don’t care if it’s a hybrid of Steven Caulker just sign someone.

Quite the assortment of goals Spurs have given away here, fair play. All howlers

What's the reluctance in playing Bale? Not just this game, but in general, he just hasn't seemed to play a lot.

Inevitable Tottenham roll over for Liverpool.
They really do have a jinx over them in this fixture.

Could see our lead over Liverpool down to nothing if it goes against us this weekend.

Really hope they're not getting back to form...
They were always going to improve on their form in recent weeks. Literally couldn’t score a goal. Still don’t think they can be the team they were last season without VVD.

You just knew Liverpool would end their goal-drought tonight after last night's debacle.

The football gods are cruel that way.

They need him for the League Cup final or bye bye Jose.
Either way, I think City will smash them. They have a manager wanting to play defensive football with defenders who can’t defend, and that against this City team with a fully fit KdB and Aguero.

It’s almost as if it was predictable that Spurs are bang average. Still can’t believe there’s Utd fans who think they have a better team than us. They have 2 decent players!
