I think a saw somewhere that United had a "5-man list" of options for interim manager. Seems like Valverde, Rangnick, Favre, Garcia and Lopetegui could be those 5

My personal bet is that the interim manager will be either Blanc or Rangnick. Rangnick obviously knows a lot of football, but he has never been at a big club and handled superstars etc. Blanc on the other hand has experience from PSG and France, and at PSG he did really well. Not doing so well...

Is there any rumours on Rodgers from credible sources? Like from the Guardian, Athletic etc.

I absolutely agree that Ole has to go, but which available candidate will significantly improve this team? Do we really think that Rodgers would make us a top-tier team competing with City, Liverpool and Chelsea?

So who do you guys want if it's between Rodgers and Pochettino if Ole get the sack? Out of the rumours (the board wanting a yes man with PL experience etc), I think these two are the only possible candidates.

I think Rodgers is a really good manager, but just thinking about us hiring a former Liverpool manager (who they sacked to get someone better) just after they smashed us 5-0 at home makes me wanna cry.. We're already a laughing stock in European football, with just a FA-cup trophy and Europe...

If we were to sign Conte and he is to play with a 3 at the back, I would imagine we could line up something like this: DDG Varane - Maguire - Lindelof Lingard - Pogba - Matic - Bruno - Telles Ronaldo - Cavani Maybe this would be a way too attacking line-up, but I think its a interesting thought
