He was very good at spells last years but this season he is our most consistent player. RB is one of the few positions we don't need to look for reinforcements in the summer.
Still can't get my head around how we lined up with four central midfielders and still left acres of space at the midfield. I am buffled. EtH is not a complete clueless coach, he proved that with Ajax. What's he trying to do there?
Bavarian elitism at its best. I bet you are a staunch supporter of separating young children and cementing their path of life at the first possibility.
Edit: feck it, I misused an idiom at first. I hope it makes sense now.
I think this would be absolutely fine. If we get about 6 good players in and get especially LB, CB and DM position right and adding some serious cover in attack we'll have a good squad ready for top 4.
The ressources could have been spent better, but the thing is we couldn't have spent it better. We'd probably have bought Longstaff and a half retired Bale for that money.
Of course it is. He has a really difficult job. But then again, the results are bad and we regressed regarding our style of play this season. He integrated two great talents into our squad, but other than that there is not much left that speaks...
The lack of a cohesive playing style certainly is a huge problem and a valid reason to sack EtH. Even though he had a very difficult job with all the injuries and a squad that wasn't built with a plan, as we just collected random available...
But even if EtH stays, it certainly won't be his job to identify our transfer targets. We relied on him picking players because we had no functioning structure in place. But that seems to change with INEOS. The mangers voice is probably still...
I'm not sure I would put Nagelsmann in the same basket. He's only failing at the German NT, but it is a job you can't succeed really at the moment. And I don't think he is well suited for being a NT manager. And Bayern certainly made a mistake in...
We were promised 10/10 people. Best in class, no fecking Potter. He is a good coach after all, but would be well and truly underwhelming. I'd rather stick with EtH.
I'm positive. We are apparently getting the right people in and getting a proper management structure. This is the most important thing.
We have some great prospects at the club. If get 7,8 signings right we will have a squad that can compete...
