My impression in him was that he is talented and has everything to become a good Nr.9..but premier league and a club like utd is far too early....physically not yet strong enough, not greedy enough to score goals, needs to improve shooting and headers in some situations.

Very good player but not a classic Nr.9 like lewandowski or haaland. Needs a bit space, good finish, good speed, good technique. Not sure if he can finish instantly in tight spaces in a possesion team like the mentioned 2.

Then let me put it in another way - I think Mbappe is the player with more impact, a game changer for his team. Never saw Neymar this way, not at Barca (Messi of course) and not at PSG (Mbappe). I think he is a lot more comparable with Coutinho then with Messi and Ronaldo.
