My bad on the late reply I fully agree it unfortunate that he would be liable to get negative comments and social media trash amongst other things but I think the manager looks past this at times. Part of the game now and almost sink or swim...

Devaney’s close control and passing range continues to impress me. Really composed.

I’m wondering which player from this starting 11 will be here next season. Looking forward to seeing Baumann, Williams and McAllister at this level and Ennis against his old team.

I’m not normally one who uses size or physicality to define a player but it’s the only thing stopping him having played already I think. Especially with the injury crisis. Tactically and technically ready. Defensive positioning and experience are...
  • Not crazy at all mate, I’ve been advocating this move for the longest. He loves the club, homegrown and talented. As was mentioned does probably need a physical midfield partner somewhere next to him and Mainoo.
  • A top prospect on the level of Ravel and Gomes. Still young enough to progress in the Premier League if he stays injury free. Fingers crossed for him.
  • I think I’m simplistic in thinking that you can’t really know how good someone will be really until there given a chance. We covered all spectrums in trying to replace Sir Alex, from someone he picked himself, ie in old school authoritarian in...
  • Yeah I was more highlighting the style of player the French system produces rather than nation of birth. I see it in their wide forwards too. Think it’s a Clairefontaine thing.

I think there’s a defensive midfielder in there somewhere. Gets stuck in, releases the ball quickly and his not the tallest but quite physical for his size. A bit like Kamason, injuries have slowed progress but good basics.

Definitely like his physical nature and can see the Big Pete similarities. Would like to see him in the Championship next season if possible.
  • It’s interesting to see a number of people comment on his personality as much as anything else. It’s an area we have been lacking for a while for me and players that can add passion and call each other out would help with setting standards. I...

Ahh ok say no more, I’ll let the news come through as and when. The surprise was in the lack of confirmation but yeah all good either way.
  • This highlights our main issue for me. We have issues with midfield and consistency in scoring but I believe you build from the back. Our best performances last season came when we had a settled back 4 and even when not in control we didn’t...

I appreciate the update as I do all of them, especially when I’ve not heard anything about an individual. What type of player is he do you know? Yeah I was surprised Dante was playing already too.
  • Borninthe80ts replied to the thread Jaydan Kamason.
I’m really pleased to see his recent good performances and as the OP mentioned his positive attributes are coming to the fore. He has a really nice short passing game and I wouldn’t be surprised if like Wan Bissaka he was formerly a winger. He...
