It's maddening how many times I've seen people say things like "this squad shouldn't be allowed to throw another manager under the bus" despite the fact the overwhelming majority never played for the previous manager.
I understand people are desperate and/or like Tuchel but trying to dismiss what went on at Chelsea and Bayern as anything other than massive red flags is a bit weird. I'd even say what went on in Paris to be concerning.
It isn't working, and they should just accept it.
Go to a challenge system, where the ref and his crew review the footage. At least that way we don't have this constant interference and the ref at least has an opportunity to overturn something...
Whoever takes the Liverpool job is walking into something impossible. They will never live up to Klopp.
They should really just look for someone to come in and be steady for 2 years, then perhaps look for the Klopp replacement.
If he fell as far down as Dallas we'd trade out of that pick. No chance we pick up a QB in any of the rounds of the draft this year given the numerous needs we have everywhere else.
Wishful thinking? I'd be very happy if Amorim ended up at Liverpool. Not saying it won't work out, but it's a massive leap and has just as much chance of failing.
I'm hopeful that a manager that plays with some kind of midfield structure might mean he can be good again next season. But then even having said that, it's a concern when your midfielder can't run. Especially these days.
