I think the problem is that we're way too loose with the "superteam" terminology. I've been watching the NBA for over 40 years and IMLTHO I think i would class about 5 teams as real "superteams" in that time. The Showtime Lakers, The 80s Celtics, The 90s Bulls, The 2000s Lakers (1st iteration)...
