Pep’s City is the best team in EPL ever. And Pep is the best manager in EPL ever. Maybe it’s not a popular opinion here but I rate Pep higher than Fergie. Pep’s City, Bayern and especially Barca played more dominant football than Fergie’s United of 1999 and 2008.

Now they have great chance for quadruple. Pep is no doubt the best manager in the last 30-40 years, building the most dominant teams regardless of the league.
