Sadly no, we have always had pretty average CB's in the academy. At present, Aljofree, Rhys Bennett, Will Fish, Frederickson, Louis Jackson so no one coming through at present.

As many have mentioned, Lacey goes easily out of games and can be physically knocked off so easily. I'm a huge fan of Amad and really sad he didn't get a run in the first team. That control he has is so impressive. Some club will benefit from him...

My only worry is Lacey is very Amad in speed and play. A wand of a left foot and skilful but small and lacking of speed.

I have mentioned him for years and really hope he can move forward. Love to see a keeper come through and paly in the first team.
