It does look like it, though I guess it's hard to tell. Stuck rudder or something maybe? Are container ships meant to cough up that quantity of black smoke?
Edit: It also looks like it loses power at 33 seconds.
You can see vehicles travelling across the bridge prior to impact, but there doesn't appear to be any crossing at the exact moment. Just the stationary flashing vehicles. Don't know if the smoke billowing out of the back of the ship is normal...
I think you could see some flashing lights like a stationary cop car or something. I'm hoping that implies that they knew something was up and were at least somewhat forewarned.

Despite protestations to the contrary it remains neither ignorant, nor obtuse to object to a clause that insists aid to a ravaged people be predicated on them not seeking justice for crimes visited upon them. Plainly speaking anyone saying...
First one seems a bit unnecessary. The second one is crass but a reasonable enough criticism of an oppressive police state. I'm sure there were plenty of folk legitimately criticising US foreign policy after 9/11 too.
Point me to the bit in the first amendment where it says that private companies must treat all opinions as equals, or the specific clause that demands a platform is provided by the same.
Congress isn't making a law here.
