  1. Anyone else glad to have this International Break?

Tell me about it!!:( It's also shit we are not in Russia this year....:(
  2. Team balance is the problem

Jose's solution to this problem is to use Manchester United's bank balance to sort out the team balance!! He has had 18 months to sort this out and after spending 100s of millions of pounds there is no balance, we look disjointed in attack, are slow in the build up and look utterly...
  3. Jose saving his skin - yet again.. (Manager v Players blame game)

Mourinho is clearly trying to deflect the attention from himself and blame the players. It's a typical reaction one would expect from a person who has a slight bias to the malignant end of the narcissistic spectrum. If you read between the lines of his last two conferences, i.e. after the...
  4. FA Cup QF fixtures and Premier League Gameweek 31 (17th - 18th March 2018) | SF Draw : Utd vs Spurs

Totally agree. After the dross that was served up at Old Trafford against Sevilla, I do believe that Spurs are favourites irrespective of where the game is played. They are arguably a much better coached side and a completely different proposition to Sevilla.
  5. Everything we feared about Jose Mourinho could be coming to fruition.

Agree with everything you wrote. Excellent point. I dare to say that there are three or four teams within the top 6 that play more attacking football than we do and some of these arguably don't have a better squad than we do. But, it seems that such an opinion is not very popular here as it...
  6. Everything we feared about Jose Mourinho could be coming to fruition.

There seems to be a general consensus on this forum that when anything negative is said towards Mourinho or when he is justifiably criticised that posters criticising him are labelled as a bunch of whingers or that the discussion should not be worthy of a thread. I think every United fan is...
  7. Everything we feared about Jose Mourinho could be coming to fruition.

First of all, I was never in favour of Jose Mourinho as our new Manager. Before some of the "Pro Mourinho" crowd launch an attack on me and ask me questions such as "Well, who else would have been the alternative?" The simple answer is I don't know. What I can say is though, that whilst Mourinho...
  8. Our remaining 11 PL games.

I'm not worried about playing against the other top 4 teams. Their style of football "suits" us and will give us a few goal-scoring opportunities. We really seem to struggle against teams who park the double-decker and sit deep and those teams are mainly situated in the bottom half of the table...
  9. Are we a dirty team?

My answer would be a resounding no! We are not dirtier than any of the other teams. The real question is: Do United get the "white glove treatment" from the majority of the referees in the Premier League? I would think so.
  10. Chelsea vs Manchester United

If we get beat narrowly after giving them a good game and win convincingly against Rostov on the following Thursday then I would be content. I would be ecstatic if we were to win both, but I think we have to be realistic when managing expectations. Whilst I value the FA cup and getting one over...
  11. Ander Herrera | 2016/17 Performances

Is it just me or are some people giving him the white glove treatment? If we're brutaly honest, Pogba hasn't really hit the ground running either, but it seems he is cut a bit more slack because he is our "star signing".
  12. Ander Herrera | 2016/17 Performances

I love this guy, things happen on the pitch when he's in the starting 11 and he is not afraid to pull up his sleeves and put a real shift in. In addition to that he plays for the shirt and embraces the entire philosophy and culture of Manchester United. He's one of our best players in the team...
  13. Post match vs Wigan Athletic

The first half was gash, however the players turned up in the second half to display a good, professional performance. We won the match comfortably, we are still in all cup competitions and still have a very good chance to finish in the top 4. I am relatively happy! :)
  14. Jurgen Klopp Sack Watch

Wow, I'm only after seeing that interview. He said that Liverpool were the better team, played better football and had the better game plan!?! Is he for real?:houllier: I really think he was trying to be a WUM in that interview. What a deluded plonker!
  15. MOTD 2016/17

This. I had a debate with a few butt-hurt scouse fans who used statistics to show that they were the better side when in fact we had the clear cut chances and for most part of it controlled the game.
