  1. Jurgen Klopp Sack Watch

I agree, I know Coutinho was a hot topic in the summer but Klopp gets asked about him every time, it gets silly.
  2. Jurgen Klopp Sack Watch

Dortmund was maybe a bad example, if he wasn't manager at Liverpool but another English club his comments and behaviour wouldn't get the same attention. But as I also said part of that is down to the rivalry.
  3. Jurgen Klopp Sack Watch

I don't think there is any history it's just they are Liverpool and United managers so how the rival fans view them is obviously going to differ. You are spot on about the personal bit but I am not sure you are in the majority!
  4. Jurgen Klopp Sack Watch

Sensible post, the problem is the rivalry gets in the way and it's probably similar on Liverpool forums against Mourinho. Most things Klopp does on here wouldn't even get discussed if he were still at Dortmund or even another Premier League team. Whereas every little thing no matter how petty...
  5. Bryan Robson: Klopp & Conte can act like lunatics on the sideline but Mourinho is punished

You should have gone to Specsavers pal. Summed it all up in a couple of lines there.
  6. Referees and Mourinho

Having just watched it properly, you are absolutely spot on.
  7. Bryan Robson: Klopp & Conte can act like lunatics on the sideline but Mourinho is punished

Bit pedantic of me but when Robson says "Stepping on to the pitch, six inches over a white line" Does he not see from the image in the article it was a good couple of feet? I haven't actually seen the incident other than in a 'gif', so there is no suggestion he was trying to intimidate the...
  8. Liverpool - 2017/18

Yep really good that, she just asked him at a petrol station apparently, all the best to the lad.
  9. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain | Set to miss the 2018/19 season

I agree, and it's fair to say we paid over the odds for the Ox, I guess late in the window and we had a big budget available, missing out on Van Dijk, but also getting good late money in for Sakho and Wolfsburg paying a hefty loan fee for Origi meant the club felt it was worth paying more to get...
  10. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain | Set to miss the 2018/19 season

I agree that £40m is over priced but the transfer market has gone crazy. What I do know is Salah in comparison looks like a bargain and one of the best pieces of business any club has done in the last window.
  11. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain | Set to miss the 2018/19 season

Given Klopp clearly wanted him, and the player wanted to join LFC (especially given Arsenal wanted to keep him and Chelsea wanted him), I assume the dialogue between Klopp and the player were sufficient on both sides to assume he has a role to play with us. Quite where he fits in I am not sure...
  12. English National team

Not much star quality in the team, Henderson is captain I can only assume because Southgate doesn't think anyone else is good enough. Kane would be the better choice. Phil Jones and Gary Cahill are decent centre backs, but if they are the best we have then we clearly are in trouble. No flair...
  13. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain | Set to miss the 2018/19 season

Some decent moments in these clips, whether they are a good overall summary is hard to say as there is inconsistency in some of his play i am sure. Like the tackling back too. Love the run and cross at 1:19 :)
  14. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain | Set to miss the 2018/19 season

Spot on. I don't think any of us are saying he will be a world beater for us, and it's clear on LFC forums there are some who have reservations about his signing but Chelsea wanted him, and Arsenal wanted to keep him. Be interesting to see how he does and where he will fit in to Klopp's plans...
