After the PSG game, i think Axel deserves to start, but most probably he wont. I want to see Telles start as well, even though Shaw had a great game too.
I like the idea of the midfield diamond, as it nullified PSG completely. Fred, Scott...
Made some bad decisions, but worked his socks off and kept running. Must be difficult for him coming in from the right onto his left foot. As soon as he got the ball out of his feet towards his right foot, i was confident he would score.
Well done to Ole last night, prepared for the game very well, and got the change in formation spot-on. They were there for the taking and the game was there to be won.
Funny to see people like Castles trying to force a negative spin on this.
Besides their front 3, that's not as intimidating as one would think. I expect Ole to start TFM, as he's shown he trusts him in the past when we've had injuries.
Hopefully with Rashford on form, and some good passers in midfield like Bruno...
He had a spell last night where nothing was coming off, but as usual he ends up with a world class finish and an excellent assist.
It's not always easy to give him a grade out of ten, but you can't argue with his productivity. Whenever we win...
Using a wildcard, i've changed my team like 34 times this past week. Finally reached this:
Robertson Chilwell Castagne (KWP, Mitchell)
James Salah Son Podence (ASM)
DCL Kane Watkins
Kane or Son for captain this week
