@Damien I would like to swap my GW6 pick from Brighton to: GW6: Everton GW7: Aston Villa GW8: Brighton
  2. Our debt has increased 133% to £474.1 million

According to the article above we made a loss of £23.2m in the latest financial year, so pretty much the dividend cost on top of everything. But We're also getting delayed payments due to the pandemic, where at least an additional £30m from tv revenue was received after the financial year ended...
  3. Our debt has increased 133% to £474.1 million

Most large companies have some sort of manageable debt. Saves on taxes etc. Yearly results can have profits even though there exists a longterm debt. Edit: Also, I'm not sure why people are making an issue of the dividends now, it was announced back in March.
  4. A Solskjaer Masterclass. Whoop Whoop!!!

No more than the other top clubs you mean. :smirk: Even liverpool struggled in many games last season to get their winner until the final 10 minutes or so, and then some times scoring several in rapid succession. Most people don't realize this is pretty normal as they mostly just watch our...
  5. Would you sack or keep Ole? (Poll reopened)

This manager has only won 24 games, and drawn 7 and lost 5 games all tournaments since the January window closed. How can we be here with this same manager every week discussing his capabilities.
  6. Erling Haaland | Dortmund player

His father is the official agent yeah, but Raiola was the main negotiator between clubs in his moving transfer window, which included the buyout clause. There's no guarantee he will be involved in his next transfer, unless his family feel like from early conversations that they need Raiola to...
  7. This season so far has confirmed every single one of my feelings about United

 I really hope people realize the obvs joke and don't start reporting thread. Great thread, perfect reaction from this game, and then lock it midday tomorrow if people are still posting in it
  8. Paris St Germain vs Manchester United

I've gone with De Gea Lindelöf Tuanzebe Shaw AWB - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Telles VdB McTominay Fernandes Martial Rashford But probably wrong. Went with VdB over Fred to have some more offensive flair since I got us with 5 at the back. If just 4 at the back I think Fred starts. For me...
  9. Phil Jones and Sergio Romero omitted from United's 25-man Premier League squad

At least Rojo's expires in the summer. Not even an extension clause there in case woody got the idea to protect the value.
  10. Paris St Germain vs Manchester United

@Niall can we please get Axel Tuanzebe and Facundo Pellistri selectable in the lineup prediction?
  11. Would you sack or keep Ole? (Poll reopened)

The only thing I would like about that is that the thread would be locked during games so we get less reactionary posting off single events. If you come into this thread post game on a high from the result but see several posts taking us getting a goal against us as reason to sack the manager...
  12. Sport Witness: Man United row between Bruno Fernandes and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer dismissed as 'lies'

With the amount of unsubstantiated rumors that get posted these days, how many stories coming out of random unknown blogs, or clickbaity journos that will only mention something on a podcast (then turned into tweets) instead of actually putting it in articles posted on reputable...
  13. Sport Witness: Man United row between Bruno Fernandes and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer dismissed as 'lies'

While I do agree with the sentiment, I do wonder why this opinion is always posted right after a bunch of Ole-outers were seemingly proven wrong about their latest arguments that went on as "solid proof" for 5-20 pages depending on the thread.
  14. A serious look at Mauricio Pochettino

Yeah, clearly, why ever would a successful man make compromises on behalf of his wife and kids after putting himself first for the past 15 years?
  15. A serious look at Mauricio Pochettino

Ole had been approached by PL clubs before Cardiff, but turned them down. For some reason he was excited by the Cardiff project sold to him by the owner. So he convinced his family to go for it. Cardiff was on a trajectory going straight down when Ole joined mid season. His fault was not being...
