This is true. I think i know what ten hag wants us to do but I don't think the players he has on that pitch are good enough to do it. You need at least 9 players on that pitch to have the energy and workrate off the ball as well as on the ball. If there are 3 or 4 players that are not doing that...

I just don't think it would be good to get rid of ETH. If we bring in a new manager we'll only end up ruining them. End of the day until this club has some structure and starts to be run properly we'll always be stuck in this cycle of new managers every 2 years.
