The Met spokesman confirmed earlier that while the LFB have reached the top floors and conducted an initial search, there will be a long, difficult and much more thorough search alongside the recovery phase in the coming hours and days.
For anyone commuting in Manchester, it's expected that Victoria will be closed the whole of Tuesday if not for longer. I imagine much of the City will be on lock-down also.
