I don't really see a problem with the tactics. Holding back and counter has been SAF's football for years. It was how we destroyed Arsenal time and time again, and it can be very effective. Of course the the current City is a far better team than Arsenal, so we must be better in counter attacks...

Yes agreed. I think LVG's problem is more with his tactics and man management. The players he signed are actually pretty decent and certainly not waste of money. While replacing the entire aging back line is difficult, at least we now have a decent midfield in Schneiderlin, Schweini and Hererra...

Moaners complaining about LVG just remember: it could always be worse. Look at Mourinho now (who was god for a lot of United supporters last season)
