    Sounds like the clubs way of saying he can stay but on certain terms? Lower wages as part of the overall "re-structure" of the wage-structure, and perhaps some clarity of expectations that he will have to compete with a new GK? If he declines, ok. Well find a new more suitable one

    Hopefully Malacia will get his act together then Shaw can chip in as CB once in a while. Midfield + Sancho and Antony needs to score more and Martial will need to be matched cautiously. Then we need a ton of luck and no more red cards

    My impression of Mourinhos "method", based on articles/interviews, is that in training, its defence and structure first then the attacking part is more up to the players themselves to sort out on the pitch. Then again, we dont know whats being said on the training field.
