  1. Ivan Rakitic

Great player. Underrated in some ways but 3-5 years too late. In his prime he was an absolute beast and could play any position. His time time at Sevilla was his peak imo. One of the most versatile players i've seen in modern football.
  2. Wayne Rooney's legacy

To sum him up, he's a legend, great player, had the talent to be even greater..
  3. Is Pochettino's time at Spurs coming to an end?

I think he's done a brilliant job regardless of Spurs form. His comments in pre-season about how he prefers to being called a head coach rather than a manager as he has very little say in the transfers at Tottenham(he literally said the club needs to change his job description!) and his record...
  4. Don Catlin: Everyone's doping and WADA can't do anything about it

The doping control in football is still woefully inadequate. Modern cycling is 10 times more cleaner. To think that the biggest sport with the most money is not ripe with PEDs is naive.
  5. If Real offered us Bale in a straight swap for De Gea would you take it ?

    His injury record is Robben-esque.
  6. La Liga 2017/18

Not surprised with Iborra transfer tbh. He wasn't a regular for Sevilla and they were looking to sell him to Sunderland last season i believe so it's been coming. £12 million is a good deal for Sevilla.
  7. La Liga 2016/17

Parejo is statistically the best freekick taker in La Liga. Always a chance when he's on the ball.
  8. La Liga 2016/17

Casemire foul after foul after foul..

You're probably at the Bernabeu :p
  11. La Liga 2016/17

Btw this is the 3rd time Alves has saved a penalty from Ronaldo.
  12. La Liga 2016/17

Yeah Alves is a beast but that didn't look like a good penalty. Very unlike Ronaldo. I'll give the credit to the aura of Alves.
  13. La Liga 2016/17

    Penalty. Game over...
  14. La Liga 2016/17

    @Vato @carvajal @jungledrums cheers mates. Interesting opinions.

Varane has been potential for years now. He's always been error prone albeit he has a much higher ceiling than Nacho. Nacho isn't great but only based on this season i think he's been arguably the most consistent defensive player for Madrid. Does any Madrid fans here disagree? @carvajal @Vato
