Haha I'm half Dutch and I speak the language fluent. Whatever some ultra Flemish nationalist will tell you, Vlaams is an accent, not a language. 99 percent of the words are identical to Dutch, they are just spoken with a different (more French) accent, you could compare it to Scottish English...
