Thats true, being a good player and a good coach are two different things. Still think him being a good player, AND team captain under SAF who identified the leader types very well kinda puts him in a good position to coach up and coming stars who may or may not think they know it all.

I sort of agree with this. When he first started he seemed like he was giving a lot more than he is currently. Maybe his biggest problem is the effort part.

Quite sensible to have a DOF for a temporary period to oversee the transition. Could be SAF himself..

Surely shifting him to the left, dropping Rooney in the hole, Martial as a number 9 and bringing Fellaini back to CM (heck even bringing him off) would have been a better way to go about it. Regardless, I still think he needs to bulk up a bit more.
