Unfortunately you're probably right. Ineos will undoubtedly work on the men's team first, getting the backroom staff in place, which they're trying to do, they have a major issue with the manager, and sorting out new signings etc. I'm hopeful...
  • Unfortunately Tom, some of the posts I've sent in have been ridiculed as 'whining', and 'bo*****s', just because I have a different view to them. Respect seems to have been forgotten in these times.
  • So I'm 'whining in hindsight' am I, because I disagree with your statement, and came up with an alternative view. Check my previous posts if you think I'm only saying this because of what happened Sunday. Oh, at the bottom of this page it...
  • Then those non respectful players need to be eased out of the club, replaced by younger players, hopefully several from the academy, and players who are the way up, not looking for a final big pay day. We really don't know if those players who...
  • Agree. The club's standards definitely seem to have fallen. Very poor and childish from Antony following the end of the game, Onana time wasting again is very poor. I just hope that SJR can re-establish the higher standards required for this...
  • I don't think it's 'logical' to replace Mainoo with Ericsen, completely different skill sets. What I would have done was to limit Mainoo's minutes in the league matches, so he was fresh for the fa cup games. We have nothing to go for in the...
  • Good job coaching is not punditry then.
  • I think Mainoo should be rested from time to time, but to be fair, that danish international should only be playing in the 10 position, he shouldn't be a straight swap for a more defensive minded player. It left us with no real cover in front of...
  • Roy Keane, with assistants Steve Bruce, to show us how to defend, Paul Scholes, to show how midfield should play, and Wayne Rooney, to show how to attack and score goals.
  • Onana was always going to be ETH's number one keeper, so Kovar would have been warming the bench all season, but why not a season long loan?
  • Ahhh, I see
  • Mmmmm, we let this guy go??? I wonder why????? Always thought he looked a very good keeper in the academy highlights, admittedly not always the best way to judge a player, but never seemed to be given the opportunity. He would certainly have had...

    That would be.........................................................................................sublime.
  • Totally agree. Some times the mental effort outweighs the physical effort, but I think a rest is probably due, same with Mainoo. Amad could do with a run of games now, starting on the right, but eventually I would like to see him in that 10 role.
  • I remember the game where both Vidic and Evra made their debuts, both were pretty abysmal in that match against city, and they were experienced players. Both turned out as pretty decent players if I remember right, so let's give these young lads...
