I think we will. Over a season, our squad is so strong compared to Arsenal, Spurs, Lei, West Ham etc. that you could put a mannequin in charge and we would finish top 4.

I agree. Thats the best case scenario, if we were a well run club with title winning ambitions. My fear (more like paranoia) is Ole gets top 4, which we can all agree is no big deal with the squad we have, and he stays on for us to go for another boom bust cycle next year. With the current duds...

This thread has lost its meaning, aint it? The win yesterday would have given the board the feeling of all is well. He is here to hang on, guys. Going by his tendency to pull victories when in danger, pretty sure we will be unbeaten against Atlanta and City. We are stuck with him forever isn’t it?

I’m not so sure. We have seen his tendency to get fluky wins when the going gets tough and refer to it as the man utd dna. He may well win the next 3 by hook or crook and the squad we have will ensure top 4. The man is a survivor like no other.

The problem with our club is this will never happen. If Ole gets a top 4 finish by hook or crook, which should be a standard task given our squad, he will continue. No way he is fired after that.

With this board, I'm not so sure. The media will have a field day everytime we have a poor run. And if we know Ole, he will win the next 3 and will have a bust cycle somewhere and more ammunition to the media.

The guy is a survivor and G Nev is doing his bit to keep Ole in the job. He will see out the season at a minimum and probably stay for a long time if we keep getting top 4. We are stuck with him, I feel. :(

Disagree there. A fan who has spent his/her money to buy a ticket can boo anyone he/she wants. As long as it is not abuse, it is fine according to me. And this saying go and support someone else !! Just because people express their unhappiness by booing doesn’t make them any less of a fan...
