  1. Reserves Vs Newcastle (H) - 16th Dec 2010

    I would like a lake...
  2. Manchester City vs. Manchester United - Premier League, 10/11/2010

You're close. Raphael will be in instead of Brown. Carrick Fletcher will sit on the bottom of a 4-2-3-1.
  3. Ratings v MLS Allstars

Evans - 7 - Very good tonight. Would give him an 8 but he missed his mark early for a clear header that missed & should've picked-up Ching on the headed goal. Obertan - 7 - His trapping & dribbling touch is beautiful to watch. Brought a cross-field ball down with the outside of his foot, on...
  4. Ratings vs Union?

I agree on Welbeck. I think he, Rooney, Berba & Hernandez will be our 4 strikers. I have to say, though, Diouf surprised me against Celtic. Macheada needs to go on loan to a top Championship squad or to a lower-tier Premier club that plays an attacking style.
  5. Ratings vs Union?

I apologize if I missed it, but I didn't see a ratings thread for the Union game. I assumed this because it ended so late in England. Thoughts? PIG - 6 - Made a few assured saves. Still the worst kicking goalie I have ever seen at this level. O'Shea - 5 - No real impact Wes - 6 -...
  6. Champions League Registration Question

I guess the problem is that we could then, in effect, play such a potentially weakened/experimental team that it could make a difference to the qualification of the Wolfsburg or Baritkas(sic?). I guess that means we'll see a lot of Hargreaves(hopefully), Owen, Fabio, Rafael, Obertan...
  7. Champions League Registration Question

Since our next two Champions League games do not matter, is there any players that are not registered can play for experience? I was thinking about this in regards to King, Tosic & Eikrem.
  8. Twins have it, Oberton has it

Sometimes young players are just ready. When Raphael played his first game he was ready, looked the part immediately and has never looked back. Same with Fabio. Now I sense the same impact by Oberton. He has the talent, the skill & the temperment to be on the pitch with the first team...
  9. Darren Fletcher is world class

I'm sorry, but the only midfielders in the Premier League in the same class as him right now are Gerrard & Cesc (more a sagging forward). He has proven, again & again, to be better than Lampard, Essien, the vastly overrated Ballack, and Mascherano. I would never in my life thought he'd be...
  10. Lack of transfer needs going forward - great youth!!!

Pogba was added to the MUFC site today as a defender.
  11. Lack of transfer needs going forward - great youth!!!

Over the next few years we may not need to bring in any transfers at full back, any of the midfield positions or striker. Keeper and maybe center back could be our only transfer needs over the next 3-4 years, depending on Foster. Think about it by position. Fullback: Fabio Raphael De...
  12. Ljajic Watch

You missed a few of our most promising talents: King, Petrucci, Morrison, Brady, James, all under the age of 20.
  13. Burnley v Manchester United

Foster Fabio-O'Shea-Brown-Evra Valencia-Carrick-Anderson-Park Rooney-Owen Bench: Macheda, Fletcher, Kuz, Giggs, De Leat, Welbeck, Gibson
