Individual mistakes cost us that goal but don't know what people expected. It'd been coming for a while. We are not good at shutting up shop, we're very poor in fact.

I said they were being held back by a poor system and tactics, nothing to do with how well they get on with the boss. If you try to be too clever, you end up looking not very clever at all.

If there's one thing I've learned from this whole ordeal, it's that track record means absolutely nothing at all.
