  1. Post match vs Burnley

Think we're quite a long way from that. Long way as in that'll never happen.
  2. The Overlap - Wayne Rooney

But then really dropped off hugely after. In the long run selling him at the same time Fergie left would have made far more sense as we would have made some money out of him at least and Moyes wasn't working out either way.
  3. Will we see a new approach and purged squad from now on?

Why such blind mindless loyalty? These players give absolutely nothing back to the fans and haven't done in years.
  4. Club Sale | It’s done!

Sorry, full control to whom? And would the other 31% be of any concern to the Glazers if they don't actually own them in the first place?
  5. Post match vs Liverpool

Seems very apparent we've seen this before - way too many times. Under Solskjaer there were more than a few of these types of victories. Not against Liverpool admittedly but against City and others. All it lead to was giving people the entirely false perception that the team had turned a corner...
  6. Frenkie de Jong | The last muppeting lap

This thread reached the point long ago where people don't care how good De Jong actually is (whether it be for United specifically or in general) but simply that he signs regardless of what happens after. Unfortunately the Caf has been making this same mistake for even longer.
  7. Frenkie de Jong | The last muppeting lap

Those players you cite in the opening of your post. The same dross has been chatted about the same dross for years now. People never seem to learn in that respect and I suspect they never will. And "two fantastic signings"? Besides the fact this is no guarantee, search the Caf for use of that...
  8. Frenkie de Jong | The last muppeting lap

You might find we're miles off drawing anything like that kind of conclusion.
  9. Casemiro | United Player

I'm sure you can guess the real truth without the need for an interview.
  10. Casemiro | United Player

Well as I say, maybe if you simply take a couple of seconds to consider the endless recent examples. At best he'll start off with reasonable performances and then slowly but surely we'll see him sucked down into the midden with all the rest. The club simply ruins everything it touches nowadays...
  11. Frenkie de Jong | The last muppeting lap

Until you did actually watch them play. And then you would be utterly disappointed. Just like all those other times.
  12. Casemiro | United Player

This will be an absolute disaster. Like everything else in recent times.
  13. Casemiro | United Player

And here, for what has long passed the umpteenth time, we have people being conned or even conning themselves into thinking there is some way Fred and McTominay can somehow be good enough. It just never ends. Talk about that Einstein quote.
  14. Cristiano Ronaldo (I stay)

Just been reading the BBC'S article on his potential departure. It seems odd as although he has unfortunately become one of the many serious problems at the club, it also reads like the hierarchy trying to deflect from the endless list of other problems by thinking people will be fooled that the...
  15. It’s the players, not the manager

Not sure quite how buddy buddy Rashford and Maguire are given some of their history on the pitch.
