Been working all weekend so only catching up now (Tuesday :eek: ) Great weekend for City, thrashing Luton then watching UTD flop against Bournemouth, followed by Liverpool losing at home to Palace & then to top it all off Arsenal losing at home to Villa, I doubt City fans could've asked for...

Hats off to Bayer Leverkusen even though they are managed by an ex-Liverpool player, nice to see Bayern Munich not winning yet another league title. I actually mentioned (somewhere on the internet either a forum or YouTube comments section) Wirtz as a possible signing for UTD about 2 years ago...

I remember Andy Cole fluffing his lines in both cup finals & me jumping around the living room like a mad man when Ole scored against Bayern in the final.

I don't see the point in having VAR if they can't see that both pens should not have been given, do it properly or don't do it at all.

Easily UTD's best player of the 1980s despite his injuries & in his prime twice as good as Rice & Arsenal paid £100m for Rice last summer (for the record for any Arsenal fans reading this or old timers, when I say Rice, I don't mean Pat Rice). :lol:

Let's hope they can finally kick on from this awesome win or will it be yet another flash in the pan false dawn.
