You've missed the point there. I was more referring to how accommodating the club was from top to bottom and treating everyone at the club like a family.
Who knows maybe this is the sort of kick up the ass the club needs to get going again, though.
Will be interesting to see if this cold, corporate culture that INEOS are trying to implement will pay dividends.
United had a 'one big happy family' culture under SAF and even post-SAF, so will be interesting to see how this culture shift...
