If they already have a manager in mind, I can live with EtH going. I'd extended EtH's deal by another year to avoid the lame duck situation if they need more time to find a candidate. I really want to see another season of EtH though and he hopefully gets it, I'm frankly tired of managerial changes.

I still want to see EtH run down his contract. I don't have another possible replacement in mind though.
