I didn’t think he would be that agile either. But in the week I expected Antony to really test him but he never seem troubled. I don’t think he struggles against agile wingers as much as you’d imagine. Certainly been doing a fine job for a while now. Even against the likes of Salah.
Did he not get booked for a foul on Antony?
I mean he definitely struggled against Antony. He got yellow carded and then got beaten a few times more and got subbed off to avoid the matchup getting exploited further/a second yellow card.
Good shout tbh. We aren’t blessed with many good defenders. I’d rather have Burn at CB than someone like Dier. Dan Burn would fit in a back 3 as well which is where he played at Brighton.
