Sad to hear his passing... two footed genius of the highest order!
He'd absolutely skoosh it. Could play on either side, world-class off both feet, could come inside or overlap.Ah that sucks, he was a true great of the game. One where you watch his old gsmes and think he would piss it in this day and age.
RIP
Plus he was a very good defender and a tough player to beat for any era, which can be considered as a big bonus for a full-back in this era(offensive-fullback( both inverted or overlapping) meta). He'd absolutely skoosh it. Some temperament on him as well. Scored or set up 6 out of West Germany's 10 goals in the knockout stages of the 1986 and 1990 World Cups.
Suffering a cardiac arrest in MunichRIP.
Sky here in Italy of course had to have Bergomi talk about him a bit and damn he was devastated. Apparently talked with him 10 days ago, were supposed to meet this week, and instead this...

Kind of young for our current era, but at least he had perhaps one of the few "less bad " deaths.Heart failure in his sleep.
Being left-footed and taking a WC final penalty with your right-foot. That´s true swag.
